Support FAQ

I can’t seem to login, even though my username and password are correct. What am I doing wrong?

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA version 3. This allows us to verify that user interactions are valid without requiring direct input from you. If your browser is properly configured, you should see this icon at the bottom of the screens for login, password resets, and registration:

If you do not see this image, that means your browser is not properly configured to enable this feature and that may be preventing you from logging in. There are a number of reasons why the reCAPTCHA icon wouldn’t display on a browser. The Google reCAPTCHA needs the latest version of Java installed, and a browser that supports javascript. The browser must then be configured to enable javascript either globally or, at a minimum, it must whitelist the blankenshipmartialarts.com domain as an Allowed site. If you are using Firefox, please note that the later versions do not support javascript, unless you get into the inner settings and manually force it on. You will probably see a warning when you do. Other browsers do not have this issue. Even if the browser supports it, you also need to make sure that your Java installation (not javascript) is up to date. See Verify Java and Find Out-of-Date Versions. If you are still having problems, try clearing your cache and cookies. Please review your browser’s documentation for instructions on how to do that.

How do I enable Javascript in Firefox?

Technically, the latest versions of Firefox have completely disabled javascript by default, and they do not make it easy for you to enable it. If you want to proceed, go ahead and Start Firefox, then type about:config in the address bar. Search for javascript.enabled and set this to true. Restart Firefox when finished. You will probably receive a warning when you first make that change.

How do I enable Javascript in Chrome?

Start Chrome, and type chrome://settings in the address bar. Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced, then Content Settings, then Javascript. You can either select Allowed — which will enable Javascript on all sites — or you can disable that and simply add the https://blankenshipmartialarts.com domain to the list of Allowed sites.

How do I enable Javascript in Safari?

Start Safari, and go to Preferences–> Security. Next to Web Content, check the box that says Enable Javascript.
